Darryl DuBre
Chief Technical Officer
With over three decades of experience as an amputee, Darryl is the driving force behind Marins' technical innovation. His deep understanding of both the limitations and opportunities within prosthetic technology guides every aspect of our product design and development.

Suzen DuBre
Chief Executive Officer
Suzen brings strategic vision and a user-centric approach to Marins, steering the company with clarity and empathy. She leads much of the business and marketing strategy, ensuring Marins' products effectively reach the people who need them most. Her dedication ensures Marins stays true to its mission.

Steve Burke
Chief Financial Officer
Steve brings extensive financial expertise and operational insight from his experience as a corporate executive at large medical device companies. His disciplined approach keeps Marins focused, sustainable, and ready to grow, ensuring our innovations remain accessible and affordable, making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Lindsay Witmer
Lindsay Witmer is a seasoned executive with an extensive background in medical device Quality Assurance and Regulatory affairs. Lindsay is currently the VP, Global Head of Quality at Juul Labs.

Leana Levin, JD
Leana Levin is currently Senior Managing Counsel for W.R. Grace. Lean's decades of legal experience is concentrated in intellectual property and related product strategy, which will help Marins Med establish their global product footprint.

John Horne
John Horne is a certified prosthetist-orthotist and President and Founder of Independence Prosthetics-Orthotics Inc, a full service provider and manufacturer of custom designed and custom fit prosthetic and orthotic devices serving Delaware and the Greater Philadelphia region. As an amputee he takes the needs of his patients personally and strives to improve the quality of life for every person in his care.

Gene Dorff
Gene Dorff is currently the CEO of Solmetex, a high-performance separation chemistry company focused on dental office waste stream management. Over the course of Gene’s illustrious 35-year career he has demonstrated commercial success in Business Development, Sales Force Execution, Marketing Strategies, and General Management of fully integrated Medical Device businesses.

James P. Reichmann
James Reichmann is currently the President and Co-founder of Jmar Medical, a company focused upon protecting post amputation residual limb damage. Jim brings with him over 40 years of extensive executive and corporate sales management and operational experience in the healthcare industry, including critical roles such as VP of Sales and Marketing for Hanger Inc.
