Lindsay Witmer is a seasoned executive with an extensive background in medical device Quality Assurance and Regulatory affairs. Lindsay is currently the VP of Compliance, Legal, HR and Quality at Ethos Medical Cannabis and a welcomed addition to the Marins Med Advisory Board. Prior to this, Lindsay was a VP of Quality and Regulatory Affairs for Dentsply Sirona. Lindsay is an Engineer with a BS in Biochemistry from the State University of Oswego, an MS from the State University of New York, an MBA from Wilmington University and more recently an MS in Regulatory Affairs and health policy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Leana Levin is currently Senior Managing Counsel for Dentsply Sirona Inc. a medical device company. Lean's decades of legal experience is concentrated in intellectual property and related product strategy, which will help Marins Med establish their global product footprint. Leana also has vast experience drafting and reviewing agreements which will serve the Marins  well as we advance toward commercialization. Leana earned her JD in International Law from the Saint Louis University School of Law, her under graduate degree from the University of Missouri in Bio Chemistry. Leana is admitted to practice in PA, Missouri, and the US Patent and Trademark Office.

John Horne is a certified prosthetist-orthotist and President and Founder of Independence Prosthetics-Orthotics Inc, a full service provider and manufacturer of custom designed and custom fit prosthetic and orthotic devices serving Delaware and the Greater Philadelphia region. As an amputee he takes the needs of his patients personally and strives to improve the quality of life for every person in his care. He is a graduate from Northwestern University. John has a demonstrated history of working in the medical device industry. He is skilled in nonprofit organizations, event planning, customer service, medical devices, R&D and entrepreneurship. 

Gene Dorff  is currently the CEO of Solmetex, a high-performance separation chemistry company focused on dental office waste stream management.  Over the course of Gene’s illustrious 35-year career he has demonstrated commercial success in critical areas such as Business Development, Sales Force Execution, Marketing Strategies, and General Management of fully integrated Medical Device businesses.  Gene’s vast Sr Management experience in medical device companies such as Johnson and Johnson and Dentsply Sirona along with his Business development relationships make him a great asset for Marins Med long term growth plans.  Gene is a graduate of Penn State University and he lives in North Carolina with his wife and two sons.

James Reichmann is currently the President and Co-founder of Jmar Medical, a company focused upon protecting post amputation residual limb damage. Jim brings with him over 40 years of extensive executive and corporate sales management and operational experience in the healthcare industry, including critical roles such as VP of Sales and Marketing for Hanger Inc. He has extensive expertise and success in managing complex sales and service organizations and has a track record of guiding start-up businesses to commercial success.   Jim has an impressive body of published work given his education in Health Management and Policy.   Jim’s experience fills an important need for Marins Med, and will no doubt be invaluable as we go to market with the ProHensor.
